JIT-ServiceNow CSM Quebec has updated Agent Workspace to Configurable Workspace

Did You Know…In the Quebec release of ServiceNow CSM, the Agent Workspace has been upgraded to Configurable Workspace, adding even more flexibility to design a layout that will fit the company’s needs. Functionality components can work together in new ways on the workspace UI, facilitating the speed, visibility, and capabilities that today’s fast-paced service organizations require. Clients that are already using the Classic Agent Workspace as of the Paris release would need to complete a migration process to upgrade to the Configurable Workspace functionality in Quebec.
