Every CARE customer is assigned a named Technical Consultant  to provide you with a single point of contact that has intimate knowledge of your ServiceNow environment. Your dedicated consultant will be automatically assigned with your requests, be responsible for delivering them, and will work with you in a structured manner to provide recommendations and review request progress.

STRATEGICALLY FOCUSED ACCOUNT MANAGER

You will also be assigned an Account Manager who will act as your trusted advisor on all things ServiceNow as they pertain to your organization. They will help you navigate ServiceNow's bi-annual major releases, oversee your Technical Consultant to ensure that service levels are being met, and will work with you to identify opportunities for strategic projects.

UNUSED HOURS AVAILABLE FOR PROJECT USE

When you subscribe to CARE, you do not need to worry about the peaks and valleys of demand that inevitably occur throughout the year. All of your unused subscription hours will be accounted for and are eligible for conversion into service credits that can be used for future project-based work with our Solutions team. Your Technical Consultant and Account Manager will work with your team to help identify the best opportunities to apply your credits.
