Our Approach

GUIDED REQUIREMENTS GATHERING

We will lead a collaborative workshop with your key stakeholders to assess your requirements and drive consensus. The workshop is designed to rapidly identify your desired state by presenting JIT “good” practices coupled with JIT-led guided discovery in order to create a hybrid solution that is tailored to your unique business requirements. The workshop concludes with the definition of the complete project lifecycle, including every activity and resource that will be necessary to achieve project success.

WHITE GLOVE DEPLOYMENT

Once the requirements and project lifecycle are fully defined, we will work with you to configure your ServiceNow environment and manage the execution of the project lifecycle. Every implementation is led by a Solutions Lead who possesses advanced expertise in business process engineering, ServiceNow architecture, and project management. They are supported by expert Technical Consultants having an average of five years experience configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.

CUSTOMER ENABLEMENT & SUPPORT

Concurrent with implementation activities, we will provide a series of agenda-based enablement sessions to complement the initial ServiceNow-provided System Administration 101 training. This approach will further enable your System Administrators to become self-reliant in working hands-on within your ServiceNow environment. Additionally, we will provide a period of post-production support once you are live in order to provide additional education, knowledge transfer, and break/fix remediation.

Our packaged solutions are the most efficient and effective way to formalize IT service delivery and deploy the ServiceNow Express platform.

We offer three unique turnkey packages that provide our customers with the ability to select the subset of IT Service Management processes that best align with their needs. Each package includes pre-built ServiceNow configurations, pre-defined project activities, and a variety of support options to accelerate time-to-value and ensure project success.

Additionally, as service delivery needs evolve, organizations often find themselves with the need to deliver additional IT or Enterprise processes. We help those customers by designing and deploying custom applications on the Express platform or by enabling their transition from Express to the full ServiceNow Enterprise platform with minimal operational disruption.

Our Approach

PRE-BUILT CONFIGURATIONS

JIT will lead a workshop with your key stakeholders to guide you through the pre-configured “good practice” Express environment and identify any unique requirements that you may have. This approach is designed with the understanding that customers will adhere to the guidance and pre-built configurations provided by the in-scope package, however, a subset of additional configuration can be done within the limits defined in the package. The workshop concludes with a review of the planned architecture and the scheduling of the pre-defined project activities.

RAPID DEPLOYMENT

Upon conclusion of the workshop, JIT will execute all of the technical configuration activities required to rapidly implement your ServiceNow Express environment. Every implementation is led by a Remote Solutions Consultant who possesses advanced expertise in the ServiceNow Express architecture. This enables them to apply the JIT pre-configured components along with any additionally identified requirements that are supported by the Express platform. Our approach results in deployments that take two to four weeks, depending on the selected package.

CUSTOMER ENABLEMENT & SUPPORT

During the implementation, JIT will provide a series of enablement sessions with your System Administrators to help them become self-reliant in the support of your ServiceNow Express environment. After go-live, JIT will provide a period of post-production assistance in order to provide additional education, knowledge transfer, and break/fix remediation. After project completion, customers may optionally subscribe to JIT’s Remote Managed Service to continue utilizing our expertise for training, configuration, and upgrade support.
